How we built this
We assembled tens of thousands of Baku apartment listings and labelled them by district, residential complex, metro proximity, and building type.
Beyond the structured fields, we also read the listing text itself - pulling out attic units, title-deed gaps, elevator issues, and applying them as price adjustments.
We always return a range, not a single number - real-world market uncertainty asks for that honesty.
