Yes, search alerts are completely free. You just sign in so we know where to send them.
Via Telegram. You link your account to Telegram and matching new listings are sent straight there.
New listings are checked roughly every 15 minutes; you choose the frequency yourself - instant, every 30 minutes, hourly, every 6 hours, or once a day.
Only NEW listings that match your saved filters. Listings you've already seen are not sent again.
On the listings page choose your filters (district, rooms, price, complex) and tap 'Create alert' - or create one manually on the alerts page.
