Where does the price data come from?
Prices are computed from active listings on Baku's public listing sites and refreshed weekly. Each complex shows its typical m² price and typical apartment price.
Can I compare individual apartments too?
Yes. On the Listings tab add 2-4 listing URLs - AI shows which wins on price, location and risk.
