Architecture

The facade is neoclassical with Italian baroque elements, its detailing in fibre-reinforced concrete. The base has arched entrances and columns, the upper floors French balconies and arched windows. Windows are triple-glazed frames from the German firm VITRALUX. Per the developer, the blocks stand around a car-free inner courtyard.

Flats and areas

Floors 3 to 9 hold flats of 218 to 548 m²; the two-level penthouses on floor 10 are 201 to 438 m². Flats are dual-aspect and usually sold as shells with a free plan, so the room count in a listing is nominal.
