The 28 Park Residence complex is being constructed on Salatın Əsgərov Street in Baku, approximately 1.5 kilometers from the seaside.
Nearby, there are numerous shops, cafes, Medical Plaza hospital, the Pantomime Theater, kindergartens, School No. 46, and the Azerbaijan State Music Academy.
A bus stop is located 100 meters away, served by bus routes 5 and 11. The 28 May and Cəfər Cabbarlı metro stations, as well as the Baku-Passenger railway station, are 180 meters from the complex. Heydar Aliyev International Airport can be reached by car in 27 minutes.
The 28 Park Residence complex consists of a multi-story building constructed using monolithic frame technology. The building has a reinforced concrete, monolithic frame and a strong monolithic foundation. The walls are built with ceramic bricks. The structure’s seismic resistance complies with current regulations.
The facades are insulated with environmentally friendly, durable thermal insulation and finished with natural materials. The new building is equipped with modern engineering systems and communications, including gas, hot water supply, and an autonomous heating system.
The residential complex is situated in a gated and secured area with CCTV cameras installed.
